The U. S. Department of State The U. S. Department of Homeland Security presented a redesign of the website travel. state. gov of the Bureau of Consular Affairs.

The online page includes all related data for Americans and visitors, plus warnings, country-specific statistics, tips for living abroad, and rules for all matters related to passports and visas.

According to a State Department official, the above site was designed in accordance with the State Department’s organizational structure. Although it was fully booked, it was difficult to navigate for normal travelers and most ordinary visitors to the site.

“The new site is focused on the end user,” the official says, “such as U. S. citizens applying for a passport or those who visit our site for visa information. “

The new also includes new tools, adding a passport and visa assistant that is helping applicants calculate passport fees and perceive visa categories.
