HORACE, ND (KFGO) – Three men have been arrested for breaking and entering a space under a structure near Horace.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office said a resident reported suspicious activity around 3:30 a. m. monday. The appellant was able to provide the dispatchers with a description of the vehicle and a direction of travel.

MPs the vehicle and the suspects about five miles west of Horace and stopped traffic.

Cody Foster, 28, and Alex Garry, 24, were arrested for robbery. While MPs searched the property, Timothy Maesse, 24, located and also arrested. All 3 are from Fargo.
