A South Nashville asset that houses a Hardee’s at the bustling intersection of Nolensville Road and Harding Place costs $2. 55 million.

Hardee’s property, owned by 4099 Nolensville Pike, had an initial value of about $2. 66 million, with SSI (which is affiliated with Summit Strategic Investments, in Brentwood) as a seller.

NEW HAMD LLC, which paid about $1. 56 million for assets in June 2019, sold it in September 2020 for about $2. 79 million , to a similar entity, after providing it for about $2. 8 million, according to Metro Records.
