The Russian President told a televised sports conference that his country complies with the world anti-doping Agency’s requirements “to the fullest extent.”
He also calls on Russian athletes to compete “without any restrictions.”
The Russians were competing as neutral athletes at last year’s Pyeongchang Games when their national Olympic Committee was suspended for doping. It has since been restored.
