ROGERS: An outdoor vendor park aims to supply an area for 4 food trucks in the city.
Members of the planmaking commission on Tuesday approved a conditional use permit for the park, on 1. 53 acres at 2114 S. 8th St. The site plan includes 4 cellular food courtrooms, 31 existing guest parking spaces, two compromised parking areas, an existing gravel seating area, a dumpster and portable restrooms, according to city documents.

Rep. Jake Chavis of Bates and Associates said there is a desire to decrease the removal of the front backyard through the middle of the assets to allow for the northwest corner, as the developer is climbing up a personal driveway on a public street.
An application was also approved to rezon 21. 06 acres at 4033 W. Garrett Road from the Agricultural Zoning District to the Neighborhood Residential Zoning District. The assets are in the neighborhood expansion designation on the full expansion map, Hunter said.
