I recently enjoyed an amazing Asian fusion meal at Nobu Dallas at the Crescent Court Hotel. The occasion was held through Nobu Atlantis, its sister restaurant at Atlantis Bahamas Paradise Island Resort. In honor of our Bahamas hosts, dinner began with two rum-flavored cocktails: a Bahamian Samurai and a Bahamas Refrigerator.

Bahamian Samurai is an award-winning fruit-flavored cocktail created through mixologist Cordell Riley of Nobu Atlanta.
