On New Year’s Eve, Jim Norton and Sam Roberts of SiriusXM’s “Jim and Sam” announced on Twitter and Instagram that the co-hosts had won a new three-year deal with the satellite radio company and that the show would return on Monday. 3. Jan. 2022. Dollar price of contract undisclosed.
The news came after Jim and Sam negotiated with SiriusXM for a three-month extension after their last three-year contract expired in October. During this time, the morning presenters talked a lot about the frustration of the procedure and it seemed that they were essentially asking for the terms of their previous agreement to be respectable after tirelessly handling the pandemic.
It was unexpected and a little comforting that SiriusXM came to its senses. Norton and Roberts probably would have continued elsewhere, but by staying on their existing platform, the display helps keep members like manufacturers Travis Tefft, Troy Hinson (Troy Quan), Mike Montone, and booker Roland Campos (needs an update), who contribute to the show’s most productive moments.
