This may be the most” provocative, “down-right real, no sugar-coating-this is the season of “Momsplaining” yet.

Yes, thank you to your lucky stars, Kristen bell is back on Ellen DeGeneres ‘ EllenTube for three more episodes of her Comedy video series about motherhood.

Last week, EllenTube gave us a sneak peek into season 4, but maybe it left you wanting more.

We have an exclusive clip of the first episode, which airs on October 21. In it, Kristen bell talks to fellow celebrity mom Jennifer garner about having a baby and it. IS. Cheerful.

Two “baked” five kids in between, so they sat down with the new moms to talk, well, everything.

One pregnant woman, Emily, shares that she’s starting to get a little nervous about giving birth.

“I think it’s the most romantic day you’ll ever experience,” says garner, clearly trying to be nice. Then the bell chimes in:

“You’re a better person than me because I was going to say,’ This is going to look like murder. There’s a lot more blood than you think there should be.”

Bell tells the expectant mother that her best advice for her is to write a birth plan and really take time to think about it. Bell holds up an example of a birth plan and then proceeds to rip it to shreds and throw it aside.

“It’s never going to happen like that and so get rid of it,” bell jokes.

At the end of the clip, bell shares a story about the moment her ” water broke.” She shares two daughters with her husband and actor DAX Shepard.

“I was standing in the bathroom, my first child, and I was like,” Honey, my water broke. I’m so excited. Let’s call the doctor. “

In the doctor’s office, bell assured his doctor that there was a “big splash” on the bathroom floor.

“Your water didn’t break, but it’s possible that you peed your pants,” ” bell recounts the words of his doctor.
