Michael Cohen is advancing with his revealing memoirs about President Donald Trump, weeks after his dismissal to criminal was ruled that his dismissal to criminal was an act of retaliation opposed to the book.

The report will be published on 8 September through Skyhorse Publishing. Cohen did not include an editor for the e-book and, on Thursday lunchtime, did not index it in Amazon.com or Barnes and Noble.com. Skyhorse has a history of accepting e-books through questionable public figures, and added a woody Allen memoir this spring that was published through Hachette Book Group.

“Michael Cohen’s eBook is fan fiction,” he said. “He easily admits his lie, but he hopes other people will believe him now so that he can make money by promoting e-books. It’s bad luck that the media is exploiting this unhappy, desperate guy to attack President Trump.”

In the prologue, Cohen describes Trump as a “mafia boss” who “wouldn’t think if I were dead.” He also recalls the occasions that led to his testimony before the House Oversight Committee in 2019 and says he began writing the memoirs “by hand in a yellow legal notebook” of his criminal in New York State.

According to Cohen, his story with Trump gives him an idea of how the president thinks.

“Trump’s theory of life, business, and politics revolved around threats and the prospect of destruction (financial, electoral, personal, physical) as a weapon,” he wrote. “I knew how he worked because it was me who shouted threats on his behalf as a Repairman for Trump and a designated thug.”

He also says Trump “wanted me to leave before he could tell the country what I know about him.”

“I’m precisely the user Trump’s talking about when he said he could shoot and kill someone on Fifth Avenue and get away with it,” he added.

According to the lawyer, those who say Trump is “a controlled fraud across Russia” and those who think “the total Russian scandal was a witch hunt” are wrong. Instead, Cohen writes that Trump was in collusion with Russia, “but not in the complicated way his critics have done.”

Cohen ended the last two years of a three-year sentence in the house after pleading guilty to the cross funding fees and lying to Congress. Last month, Cohen was arrested in space after a federal ruling in New York discovered that he sent him back to a criminal in retaliation for his decision to write a revealing e-book about Trump.

“I can’t rightly not be for the goal of GoalArray … to avoid exercising the rights of the First Amendment” to publish an e-book and discuss it on social media, U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein said at a hearing on July 23.

The sentencing ordered the Bureau of Prisons to release Cohen from his circle of relatives the following afternoon.

In a statement, Danya Perry, Cohen’s lawyer, said the judge’s ruling showed that the Department of Justice and the Bureau of Prisons cannot prevent Cohen from publishing an e-book about the president as a condition for his house confinement.

The Bureau of Prisons said in a statement that claims of retaliation against Cohen were “manifestly false.”

Cohen sent home in May for fear of coronavirus in the federal criminal system. He sent him back to the criminal in Otisville, New York after rejecting the terms of his home arrest. Officials were completing Cohen’s home containment procedure as a component of the U.S. Parole Office’s federal site tracking program.
