China suspends release of Quentin Tarantino’s “Once upon a time in Hollywood”

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Japanese Finance Minister Taro ASO said on Friday that risks to the global economy were tipped to decline, particularly from further escalating trade and geopolitical tensions, but added that he was encouraged by recent U.S.-China trade talks.

ASO, speaking at the final press conference of Japan’s G20 presidency, said that U.S. and Chinese officials “are now talking to each other in the usual way” and that trade tensions between them do not appear to be worsening.

He added that G20 Finance leaders agreed that global imbalances must be addressed multilaterally to achieve sustainable global growth.
