Biden’s NLRB Attacks Democracy at Union Call

CNBC that democracy dies inArrayArrayArray Ok:

The National Labor Relations Board has legalized a new union election at one of Amazon’s warehouses in Alabama, the union said Monday.

In a statement, the union of retailers, wholesalers and retail branches said an NLRB director had officially granted a new union election to Amazon’s warehouse in Bessemer, Alabama. As a result, staff at the facility, known as BHM1, will have a few other chances to vote on whether to register with the RWDSU.

Ah, really? What happened to the last one?

BHM1, the site of a major union crusade that attracted the world’s attention, President Joe Biden added. In April, workers overwhelmingly rejected the formation of a union, with less than 30% of the vote in favour of joining the RWDSU.

It’s true. What happened with the last one was that the workers overwhelmingly rejected it.

And what does the RWDSU claim that didn’t go with the one?

The RWDSU tried to challenge the results, arguing that Amazon had illegally interfered in the election. He introduced a protracted legal war with months of hearings to review voting arrangements. Much of the debate centered on Amazon’s resolution to install a mailbox at the installation site. , which according to the RWDSU created the false appearance that Amazon was running the election and intimidated staff into voting against the union.

No one believes it. Nobody. C it’s a scam. A ruse. A ploy. As the New York Times reported at the time, Alabama workers were very interested in the concept of unionization:

That’s not the case, of course. Instead, the RWDSU was given the NLRB, which is also a scam, a ruse and a ploy, and has no valid role to play in a country as flexible as this, to order a recasting.

They think they’re stupid, and if you tolerate it, you are.
