Technology House expansion projects of approximately 212,500 square feet could be approved soon after a resolution postponed last month.
Burnley’s place is home to artists such as Exertis, Birchalls, Fagan and Whalley.

A massive extension has been reserved for south elevation, which would come with 208,000 square feet of warehouse area along offices, cargo doors and a service yard.
The application will be submitted to the Burnley Council Development Review Committee on 3 September, with a notice for approval. However, the assembly was postponed due to audio issues in the virtual assembly.
He is now before the committee on October 1.
“While it’s an extension, design and appearance adapt to your context,” says a report written before the meeting.
“The expansion will help ensure the expansion of an existing business in the municipality and will meet the policy objectives of the applicable local plan and the NPPF.
“The application is advised for approval, subject to certain conditions. “
